Auto Credit Based on RamboJutter's Supermarine Seafang F.MK.32 5.6
A fictional variant of the Seafang, floats retract as the wheels did, Ag1 for flaps (make sure they are up when you retract the floats), Ag2 to fold the wings, rest of AGs for lights and a now irrelavent arrestor hook. It does need some trim alterations depending on speed i.e trim up at low speed and down at high speed, some autoroll that i cant get rid of (cant increase roll on one side without creating strange loops, weight has a similar horid effect and thus it has to be drag related.)

@Sarpanitu yeah the seafang was an evolution of the spitfire for naval operations (carrier based) and yes they put floats on a early mark spitfire (probably slowed it a lot) I just combined the two :)
@Sarpanitu thanks :) I based a lot of it from the real life spitfire on floats here which as you can see maintained the radiator inlets under the wing / chin.
@wonkapilot yeah and the wheel bay doors, arrestor hook etc, i went for the experimental conversion look.... or i may have just forgot =)
You left the tail wheel on! @Rambojutter
@Tang0five yeah that second set of rotators was necessary, i was just going to disable the retract mechanism so it was like the real spitfire on floats, but i thought this was querky and feasible so i just roated them a bit like the wingtip floats on the saunders roe fighter did in real life.
Win 7. I remember that devilry when it came out. They are good looking floats. I patiently waited 10mins whilst my iPad decided to load the level to have a pop with her, works a treat. At first I was thinking there’s no room for them to go together like that and then I saw the second set of hinges in motion and it all made sense! @RamboJutter
@Tang0five thanks, at last some comments that make sense =) Ive just got a new PC so no sub assemblies yet (my backup from win 7 wouldnt load on win 10....) Be warned though, i like these floats so they may make a further appearance.
Really looks stunning, flies nicely too! Neat float idea, quite within the bounds of reality I feel.
You can both suck my ridges!!!!
