The XVM-417S is a command unit for ATLAS's drone aircraft. Although the Dragonfly functions as a command unit, it does not directly control fighters assigned to it, this prevents the fighters from shutting down in the event the Dragonfly is destroyed. The XVM-417S can also be modified for many different roles such as a tanker, bomber, or AWACS for manned aircraft.

@WiniMii I plan to make an A-10 style aircraft soon, I just don't know how to make the miniguns make that sound.

How about an ai AWACS?
@ThomasRoderick It's just to give it the effect of an airstrike. I guess you could say they fire long range missiles though. Even that is a bit of a stretch in some cases.
Atlas, are your drone units standing by in the upper atmosphere?
