This is actually my second attempt and I think it it my best replica so far, if you ignore the flaps, I just can't make them any more realistic for now. It seems that I have made most of the fattest civilian planes in the world XD. Sorry I got lazy with the livery :p.

INSTRUCTIONS

AG1 - Toggle Beacon
AG2 - Toggle Navigation Lights
AG3 - Enable Flaps and Speedbrakes
AG4 - Enable Crosswind Landing Enhancing System

START-UP PROCEDURE
-Safety and Navigation Lights on

PRE-FLIGHT TAXI PROCEDURE
-AG3 active
-Taxi to runway

TAKE-OFF PROCEDURE
-AG5 active
-VTOL half-way up
-Trim half-way down
-VR at 170mph
-Gear up
-VTOL fully up

LANDING PROCEDURE
-Approach at 180mph
-Gear down
-Center VTOL
-Trim 3/4 down
-At touchdown. VTOL fully down.

AFTER-FLIGHT TAXI PROCEDURE
-VTOL fully up and de-activate AG3
-Navigation Lights off
-After parking, safety lights off.
-De-activate all AG's
