Overview: the D210 "Delta Saber" is a supersonic high-altitude interceptor aircraft capable of flying up to speeds of Mach 2.5. It features a unique overhead-inlet, similar to the North American F-107, as well as a pure-delta wing configuration. The aircraft can carry two external fuel tanks and 6 Stinger-1 air-to-air missiles, or alternatively it can carry 12 unguided 94lb bombs for strike missions.

NOTES

• The aircraft doesn't have great low-speed handling, primarily due to its pure-delta configuration and its weight. Because of this, it might be best to use a shallow approach angle when landing to ensure a proper flare and avoid loss of pitch control.
• The ideal cruising altitude for the aircraft is around 50,000-65,000ft (15,240m-19,812m).
• The engine won't respond to throttle inputs until the startup sequence has finished.
• Roll is sensitive at higher altitudes. I recommend using joystick/mouse control but keyboard control should work fine.
• I recommend using full trim during landing to allow for easier pitch control.
• The nose gear is a bit bouncy when braking. You'll need to be a bit careful with it. This is something I hope to fix in the future.
• The aircraft has a tendency to drift towards the left during takeoff. I haven't been able to figure out the cause, but I'm nearly 100% certain it's in the nose gear. If someone could isolate the cause of the issue, I would be grateful.
• The fuel tanks won't jettison unless the landing gear is retracted first.
