KRI Hoegeng 701 is a Hoegeng class frigate, this ship was built by PT Palindo Marine as the first local Heavy Frigate. This ship is based on the CN Type 053H Jiangwei II and Talwar Class designs. This frigate is only 131.8 meters long, 20 meters wide, 12.7 meters high, 2 meter beam, maximum weight with a full load of 5,500 tons, empty weight of 2,500 tons. This ship is the first ship with an elegant design and the first in its class. It has sophisticated but deadly weaponry that can attack enemies easily, a radar that can detect targets with a radius of 180 degrees, a maximum of 100 miles 1000 km away. because it relies on the Sea Fire radar and Thales Radar including the updated KCR-60 mm Type 10 navigation radar. to track submarines using Belgian-made BM-7 sonar. has the C-Flex battle management system from Denmark.
