Development started in July 1945, after enough info was gained in its project, and a list of changes to its original project was made:
Changed to a Heavy Fighter.
Increased size.
Better fuel storage.
Changed dihedral on the vertical stabalizers.
Changed cockpit shape.
This fighter was only used for 2 months (Feburary 1946 to April 1946) before Japan surredered in June 1946.
