Here is a small submarine equiped with 3 missiles.
To control the submarine, use Throttle and Yaw but keep the Throttle around 10-20%.
To fire the missiles, stop the submarine (you have brakes), then push VTOL all the way up. Next activate missile by pressing 1,2,3 and finally, press 4,5,6 to launch them.
Obviously you need to start in a water location, enjoy !
