PDI Ardent M6A1 MBT PRMC
Shout out to SpiritusRaptor, who although took no part building this, built his very highly upvoted artillery pieces which I took features from, such as recoiling barrels and bomb launching.
Press (1) to activate turret. Press (2) to activate commander's MG. Press (3) to activate hatches. Press (4-7) to fire main gun. To slew weapons, pitch controls elevation and roll controls traverse. To open hatches, use throttle. To open driver's hatch, main gun must be either fully elevated or traversed out of the way. An upgraded M6A1 Ardent MBT in Pilotmario Marine Corps service. Armed with the 120mm M5A2 coilgun, it provides the same power as the longer M5 and M5A1 coilguns while shortening the barrel, easing maneuvers in dense forests and urban environments as well as transport. Also note that firing the gun causes recoil, but the barrel does reciprocate to mitigate this.

Looks alright. @PINK
Thanks! @Gmanndo1000
Love The Bomb launching!
So what do you think about the MBT-6D? @Pilotmario
Ok @PINK
You can make a separate version with one.....I love the turret that is on the MBT-6D Leopard. (The one that I want you to plate with ERA) @Pilotmario
@PINK Can I mount M6A1 turret (this one) to the MBT-6? Give it a unique flavor.
@PINK Got it.
I cannot use the fine tuner tool either. Wait for me to upload one without a stupid looking turret. Okay. @Pilotmario
Okay. @PINK
Can you lather EA plates on a MBT-6, my iPad cannot handle it. Please? (I may want you to do it with a version with a different turret.) @Pilotmario
The tank the TDs are based on is up. @Pilotmario
@PINK Our only tank destroyers is the M4A1 Assault Gun Scorpion, M17A3 Assault Gun Stallion, and Stinger M9A1 Tank Destroyer "Stinger". Both the first two share the names and designations of the machines they were based on, since the hulls and internal layout are virtually identical to said machines. Both machines are labelled as "Assault Gun" since both are supposed to be mobile fire support options for commanders on the ground. Destroying tanks were a secondary task, although they are fitted with 90mm railguns, albeit with HE rounds included.
The third machine, while its chassis is largely the same as the General Purpose Truck, 1/4t M1 aka Jeep it was built on, was given the name "Stinger" for propaganda purposes. This is a true tank destroyer. It has no armor, and the gun faces backwards, meaning this tank is almost useless at charging at the enemy.
However, said features are beneficial to its role as a tank destroyer. The light armor allows it great mobility, and as the gun faces backwards, the driver can simply drive forward if it is necessary to disengage.
We are replacing almost most existing MBT-1s with a mechanically similar tanks, filling multiple gaps . . . a TD that shares parts with a medium tank (and a SPG based on the same frame), a new updated version of a older APC/AAV that shares components with a other APC. We will also be mounting a new AA system on a IVA-5....and lastly a APFT/ARV.
*TD-1
*TD-2
*MBT 4-8 (some are just test beds)
*SPG-2
*IVA-4 Modernization
*IVA-8 MBT Assessment
*IVA-6 APFT/ARV
*All MBT-1s phased out, along with the last MBT-2s.
@Pilotmario
@PINK Noted. Given the size of our forces, it is imperative we maintain some standardization.
Our assessment of your force is that while well-equipped, it is equipped with a mix of new, dated, and even outdated equipment, complicating logistics.
This is why many of our AFVs attempt to share as many components as possible with each other. The Ardent M6 in fact utilizes many internal components with the Avenger M3, such as the engine and drivetrain. The transmission is similar, except gearing has been reversed in order to enhance torque over speed.
We have been at work building multiple new; TDs, LTs, SPGs, MBTs, and LAATVs. @Pilotmario
@Areonautics RIP YOUR TANKS.
It's available for export. @LuKorp
You see those bands? Each band indicates a tank destroyed by its gun. Such is quite common, since the fog of battle and the nature which tanks are destroyed by anti-armor ammunition makes it difficult to confer a kill to a specific tank. @PINK
))))) @JakeTheDogg
Well, I would recommend a Leo 1a5+ or a Leo 2a7+ to conquer Russia with better tanks, at a lower cost. @LuKorp
Old -ss technology..... @LuKorp
We dislike the way the barrel is painted. @Pilotmario
@SpiritusRaptor Thanks for making the artillery pieces! With them, I was able to develop the main gun by utilizing features from the artillery pieces. I simplified them and made them compact enough to fit in a tank.
