Auto Credit Based on realSavageMan's Boeing 747-400F
I have to say the piston would break when loading the cargos, so I fixed the problem, download this version:

YOU MUST DEACTIVATE AG3 AND AG7 BEFORE TAKEOFF
VTOL down for flaps
AG1 for airplane lights
AG2 for engine reversers
AG3+VTOL to control the lifter, Trim to push the cargos inside
(You have to adjust the lifter level and use trim SLOWLY and CAREFULLY!)
AG4,5,6 to detach the cargos after you load them into the fuselage
AG 7 to detach the lifter car from the airplane, Pitch and Roll to drive, Trim down to close the nose door.
And there you go! Happy flying!
