Backwood
Backwood is designed for search and rescue missions over austere locations. Its large landing gear with springy struts allow it set down slightly hard on rough or uneven landing surfaces like unpaved runways, grass, and gravel. It flies slowly, and can loiter for a long time, allowing it to effectively search for things on the ground, and scout safe landing locations. On your takeoff roll, be careful to apply the correct amount of elevator. Too little, and the nose will hit the runway. On landing, be careful not to apply too much brake for the same reason. Pulse the brakes with gentle on-and-off pushes. Your tail ski will help you slow down as well. Comes equipped with a belly camera to aid in rescue operations. Use VTOL to control it.

@Sunnyskies whoa...thanks for the upvotes...
@MAHADI Can't say that I have. Looks like you have some interesting planes. I will definitely check you out.
nice...
and have you been following me?
@Sunnyskies it is now posted
@Sunnyskies look at my new forum post (well once I post it) It is my DC3 under construction
@MediciAviation243 DC-3? That's a weird plane to be reminded of seeing this one. This plane was mostly influenced by a De-Havilland Beaver if it had low wings instead of high wings. If you want to see a DC-3, my replica Conroy Tri Turbo Three is a better example. That plane was converted from a DC-3 after all.
@Sunnyskies I always loved the P-51 Racer (Single Prop 4 blade version) and for some undetermined reason this reminds me of it, probably because this plane reminds me of the DC-3 which reminds me of FSX which reminds me of the P-51 Racer
@OldColonel Thanks!
@Sunnyskies Your welcome :) Yes ! :)
@Matthew01 Thanks. It's fun to try offroad landings with them.
The landing gear is impressive, gg
@DavstrWrexham Thanks.
