Bell P-63C "Kingcobra"

2,563 Barthelemy  3.0 years ago

Built in 1943 and designed after the P-39 "Airacobra", the Bell P-63 "Kingcobra" saw little use with the USAAF, as it was deemed inferior to the P-51 Mustang already in use. It was mostly used by other nations such as the USSR and France (hence the color scheme). Delivered too late for the war to the French air force in 1945, the French P-63s saw action during the French-Indochina independence war (1946-1954), mainly as a ground-attack aircraft as the Viet-minh lacked an air force.

VTOL (down): Flaps

Hope you like it! :)

(Don't worry everything is attached and symmetrical)
