410 MPH @ 25000 ft -- 2X .50cal nose (group 1) -- 2X .50cal gondolas (group 2) -- 1X 37mm cannon (group 3) -- drop tank (group 4) -- 2X underwing bombs (group 5) -- HISTORY: The Red Army sent test pilots to the Bell factory, where they discovered a fatal flaw: During certain maneuvers, a flat spin could be induced from which there was NO HOPE of recovery. To counter this, the F variant sports two outgrowths: a ventral fin beneath the empennage and a freakishly elongated vertical stabilizer.

@AughtFour AMAZING just like the other one!
@BogdanX
I edited my answer after seeing your account and realizing I was over-explaining. I agree 100%. I only learned what I did after spending an hour trying to get the piston to work as it advertises it ought to work.
@BogdanX
It's cosmetic only, fixed on one end, but it's timed it to slowly recoil so that it doesn't protrude from the fuselage as the carriage is drawn inside.
@BogdanX Magic.
Nice plane!
