Built in 1949 by General Electric, S&E locomotive 9 was a 70 Ton. In 1962, the railroad closed down, after 9 was sold to Claremont & Concord 9. The locomotive was rebuilt in 1994 by Gold Kist Inc. and used by a private company in Florida.
I couldn't find any info about the snowplow and caboose used. That being said, I don't know how I feel about the caboose. These are the only images I could find about either one:
For more info about the railroad, you can read a news article from the time period.
Controls
1 and 2 activates lights
VTOL down moves flangers out
Trim is throttle
Landing Gear opens locomotive windows and moves camera out
7 enables snow effect
8 disables engine
Enjoy!

@Thomasj041 because it has smoke, and this one also has it for the snow effect
Why is the smoke trails mod required on almost every train you make?
