Dassault Pelerin

Auto Credit Based on TexJohnston's Dassault Hibou CAM
The Pelerin was France's first supersonic interceptor. Based around the concept of the American F-102 Delta Dagger, the Pelerin had slightly superior handling and top speed due to canards and a more powerful engine. It is far from a dogfighter, intended to engage enemies at long ranges. For this reason, it can't carry infrared guided missiles. In case of close-in fights, it carries the same 30mm Gatling gun as the Hibou series.
