@Flash0of0green @AstleyIndustries This building's organization acts more like a police force than an actual mercenary association. It is more of a main office, too, as it has other facilities that actually do military work.
@AstleyIndustries PMC is the professional term for mercenaries.
@Flash0of0green it can be the building where the mercenary office is, the troop camp and base are somewhere else.
Mercenaries need not be a PMC
@spefyjerbf this doesn't look like a PMC (paramilitary company or private military company) base which would have a citadel, Barricks, airfield, training ground, garage ideally. This kind of structure would be highly vulnerable to bombing do to it being a high-rise sort of building.
