This is a working converable, good on the ground (act 1 and vtol down) however when you try and fly (act 2 for prop) the stabilisation is really bad, loads of upvotes for any one who can fix it!

It probably doesn't fly well because all planes have their wings towards the middle of the aircraft. That's more than likely the issue. You also need verticle and horizontal stabilizers if tou don't have them. Here is a decent plane you can base it off of.
