Developed in 1990 by Hikioro Defense for the Republic of Cotheria, the T-23 Hermes is a wheeled light tank designed for superior maneuverability and speed. It has seen action in the Cotherian Invasion of Morocco.

This light tank was built really as a joke for an rp. However, it was all fun and games till I blitzed Morocco with them using the tank's quick speed to my advantage.
