Well, the ship is a stopgag measure, it has stealth capabilities so that it can close in on the enemy. That's it's countermeasure to the North Point's Long Range Capabilities
Btw, what is the North Point's top speed?

Range, sir. The North Point may not have the close-range firepower of this ship, but at long range, due to the fact it has dedicated radar rangefinders for the fore and aft turrets, mean the nine guns a North Point has is much more accurate. In addition, the guns it has are individually more powerful. Each of those nine guns can lob a 60 kilogram sabot shell at hypersonic velocity, to achieve accurate fire at ranges of 175 miles. Maximum range is 225 miles.

In addition, it's M62 radar is able to find and track targets up to 150 miles, a distance that can be extended by a helicopter drone or patrol aircraft to up to 250 miles.

The 76mm M6A1 coilgun is a potent weapon, and has an accurate range of 10 miles, and a maximum range of 17.

This means that the North Point can begin laying accurate fire at distances where this ship's guns cannot even reach.

Thing is:
1. Too Laggy
2. No XML/Scale/Nudge Capabilities

There is much more armour in the vital parts, 1500mm thick armour, including EM Batteries and Motors, RailGun Ammo and the turrets. There are also built in AA guns to destroy enemy fighters. The hull is strong enough to survive a nuclear blast. The EMRA Plating Stops Metallic and Ionic Projectiles to stop 'em dead in their tracks. An EM Shield is also used to repel more of them
Water-filled pockets to drastically slow down the projectile when it's penetrating it's armour. Carbyne is extremely stiff and extremely strong, especially when compressed @Pilotmario

What's the deck armor like?

Because the Paternian Navy's North Point is still the most powerful surface combatant in the world.

The North Point-class, at several points during the GWW2, went up against Awwami battleships and cruisers, oftentimes outnumbered.

And the North Point absolutely destroyed them because lol superior gunnery.

From what I see, there are no gun laying systems and rangefinders onboard her.
