A-2 Heron Close Air Support
Background
Based off of the A-10 Thunderbolt of the USAF, the A-2 Heron is designed to perform a similar role. Though bearing a very high resemblance to the Thunderbolt, many improvements were made. A slight size increase to carry a thick but lightweight armoring around crucial components, more powerful engines, and more ammo for the 30mm gun. Various targeting equipment was installed along with a helmet mounted display connected to 6 infrared cameras around the aircraft. Prototype for the work in progress Predator MRF project.

@RocCrafter101 Thanks you solved me some confusion.
@GAFAnderson Nope, but it was inspired by the Fairchild A-10 Thunderbolt Close Air Support Aircraft.
Is this a real aircraft?
Minor Flaws but still fun to fly
The handling is quite tricky, sometimes the plane spins out of control while performing tight turns, fix that please. Otherwise, it's really good. It looks good, the gun is INSANE and the ground-attack capabilities are amazing!
@RocCrafter101 please resize your rocket pod back to a normal size and tag me whenever you do that bc I love how fast the rocket pods shoot
@RocCrafter101 hey I was wondering if you could resize the rocket pods back to normal size bc I’d like to use them on my Improved A-10 coming up
Great anti-convoy and ground strike capabilities.
nice use of the RCN as inlet.
Kool!
