Rotator Wobble Problem

I wanted to make a new class of ships, but I've encountered a problem many seem to be struggling with. The rotators for the turrets are (presumably due to the multiple metric tonnes of weight on them) VERY wobbly. I've tried damperMultiplier, decreasing turret mass, increasing hull mass, unmodded rotators, putting a second rotator on the top and a second XML line I can't remember. Is there anything else I can try?
Any help is welcome.
P.S. The ship included is the ship in question. By all means, download it to see if the issue can be fixed, but please do not use it for your own projects.

@ThePrototype That I had not thought of. @DerekSP played around with the damperMultiplier and mostly fixed it, so I’ll keep working on the ship - but I‘ll probably try that once she’s done.
Or you could just XML it and set the mass to 0 or close to zero on the turrets
@ThePrototype How do you mean ‘counterweights’? How would that work?

maybe a bigger rotator? I don’t do much with big ships or planes
I could look at it later, counterweights might fix it
