Based on the American Heavy Arnored Combat Car M1 Stabilized 90mm M1 GMC or HACC-1, this light AAA was built by the Congan Rebels in 1998, and would see horrible effect at its AAA role, but saw success as a IFV. The LAAA-I would psee the shoot-down of a Congan Communist Party (PCC or Parti Communiste de Congan) Mi-8 in 1999, the shoot down of a Guinean W-3A Sokol I. 2003, and the shoot down of a PDC) Parti Démocratique du Congo) UH-1C in 2005. Of the 12 built, 8 of them were built on unmodified HACC-1 hulls, this is that variant.
