Hello everyone, Supercraft888 again, with the Winter Olympics going on and my recent self forming Olympic rings post I hope everyone is doing great. I recently became a bit sick. But I try and deliver, so here is a new weapons post from me! It took a bit of work to get that hole in the middle, and the perfectly round circle but I think it turned out quite good if I do say so myself. The Epochxian V-35 combat knife is the standard issue combat knife given to all vanguards, tier 4 and up. It is manufactered on Epochx mostly in Luxendarc by the Umbra-Solaris Company. The V-35 owes a lot of its fame to the fact that it is among the few tanto style military knife actually issued in significant numbers. The design of the knife also seems to take inspiration from the Borathu fighting knife.

The knife is comprised of three components: the plasma laser cut equindium alloy tanto blade. The ambidextrous polymer handle (however some Vanguards replace the alloy with more durable dragon bone). and a neutron thermo capacitor. Overall, the blade is approximately 21cm (8.2 inch) and weighs only 290 grams.

The adjustable neutron thermo capacitor running through the blade is capable of heating up the edges to between 300° and 1500° Celsius it can be used to also boil water if needed, and act as a fire starter. When turned off, the blade is still sharp enough to cut through most soft things, and be used as a utility knife. The top of the blade has a saw tooth blade used to cut ropes, or fabrics. In addition, the scabbard has a sharpening stone for field sharpening the knife as well.
