With a piece of dark glass fuselage, tuned to negative opacity, you could enhance night vision, without having to look through the halo of lights!
AG6 - Night Vision
AG1 - Cannons
AG2 - Missiles
AG7 - Jettison missiles
AG8 - External lights
Tested on Mobile for Medium and High graphics (behaves differently under Low graphics), in-game time varied between 20:00 - 5:00.
The current parameters (Colour, Metallic, Smoothness, Opacity) are not suitable for daylight or flying above oceans. Maybe consider combining multiple sheets of glass, with different colours? Any ideas please comment!

Amazing! I can finally make a working nightvision for my drone
Good discovery.
I will use this for my 30A2. Thanks!
I’m using this on an upcoming build
Planning on doing something like this on a future aircraft. Nice!
Nice trick!!!
It even goes all white when on daylight.
What I understand is pos opacity lights get darker, neg opacity lights get amplified.
