Auto Credit Based on TheGliderGuy's The IRL Glider Challange
How to launch it
1-Throttle low, so that the car tugs on the glider but doesnt pull it across the runway
2-VTOL slider UP so the winch extends
3-Wait till the rope fully extended, or dont, its up to you
4-Full throttle, use trim to pitch up a little
5-If all goes well you should be climbing while getting dragged behind the car now. drop the gear with AG1
6-If climbing stops or the car suddently spins out hit AG2 to detach the cable, Trim to neutral
7-Hit the brakes to stop the car (Optional)
I probably couldve done better but i lost focus multiple times, but im happy with the result. Have fun flying
...also i have to admit, lots of xml-ing was involved to make it glide well.

@C47skytrain small tip on making the car more stable whie towing :
Add some wings to the sides, just some small structural wings, and angle them down about 5-10 degrees so that they push the car against the ground.
Another hint would be to accelerate faster so that the vertical stabilizers get more effective faster.
