May I introduce? the "T.O.I.M.P 1", an airplane which I equipped with my Boxer
16 engine.
To compensate for the gyroscopic forces of the engine, the engine mount is free to rotate, eliminating the gyroscopic forces of the engine.
the left VTOL slider controls engine RPM, while the right slider controls propeller pitch.
To start, simply push the left slider up a little, then depending on the direction of rotation you can adjust the propeller inclination to achieve propulsion (taxiing is also possible on the ground) Slowly return the propeller pitch to the center position while accelerating.
Glide Characteristics with engine shut off are very good
It flies like a slow duck but does so with style :)
and that without a single Drop of Fuel :)
