Activation group 1+Fire Weapons key or alt: Inboard thrust reversers
Activation group 2+Fire Weapons key or alt: Inboard thrust reversers
VTOL: Flaps
Activation group 3: Drogue parachute

So, 2+2, 3+2 seating or 3+3?
Use thrust reverse and the drogue chutes when landing. One will never get a smooth touchdown. So don't bother.

An ideal takeoff at Bandit will be to set the thrust at around 30% to 40% with the flaps 25% down. Rotate at 90mph and keep pitching up until it flies.
Climb with 100% thrust and with the pitch at around 20 degrees.
