Plus the high top speed, this plane will be able to catch even the most agile of prop fighters.. The fuel is located under the cockpit, away from danger, so you do not have to worry about catching on fire. Be warned, though. The horizontal and vertical stabilizers are vulnerable to gunfire. @jamesPLANESii Yeah. I know it looks a bit odd, but it just makes braking on landing easier.
If I were you I'd make the landing gear shorter. On most WWII aircraft the landing gear was made so there was only just enough room for prop clearance to reduce weight.
