In addition to installing a new more powerfully cannon which can easily destroy lightweight and early medium models of Federation tanks at any combat distance, several shortcomings of the first modification were fixed. In the course of the battles it was revealed that the AT-snipers were able to destroy tank by hitting radiators. Due to their location, it was not necessary to bypass the tank from behind. Thanks to the installation of spaced armour covering the radiators, it turned out to almost completely get rid of this problem.
