Scandinavian airlines operated a total fleet of 8 McDonnell Douglas MD-90 aircraft from 1996 to 2008, being ordered to operate in large cities. The aircraft was replaced by the Airbus A321.

About the aircraft, SE-DMH

The aircraft, SE-DMH, was a 24 year old McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30 and was first delivered the SAS in 1997. In 2005 the aircraft entered service with Nordic Airways and in 2006 with Blue1. The aircraft entered service back with Nordic Airways in 2006 amd was painted in the Star Alliance livery. The aircraft entered service with it's last operator, Delta, in 2011 and was stored in 2018.
