Lightweight Battlefield Mobility and Firepower
The Air-Mobile Tracked Carrier is a multipurpose tracked platform, here configured as a long-range anti-tank guided missile carrier, developed from the AMDASS artillery system chassis to support air-mobile and expeditionary units of the Saltwater Marine Corps.
With its light weight, high mobility and relatively low cost, the vehicle is gradually being introduced as a staple of SWMC warfighting capability, taking on roles from logistics and medevac to armoured recovery and serving as an ATGM launch vehicle. In this ATGM carrier configuration, the vehicle is capable of carrying up to twelve Brimstone II guided missiles with a range of forty kilometres.
Instructions:
AG1+TRIM+VTOL operates the launcher and outriggers.
AG2 activates the headlights.
AG3+TRIM+VTOL operates the machine gun.
AG4+THROTTLE deploys the parachutes and extends the false hull-bottom.
