@XtarsAgency so first of all yes, i forgot the name flaks so i used the term HE. second of all, the object clearly breaks the laws of physics. Third of all, the module rearranges the atom of the air to repair the damaged parts. Fourth of all, the module is strapped hidden in the back side of the room.

@Allegro369 first of all: You psycopaths uses an HE round to shoot down objects instead of flaks.
Second of all: you mentioned it dodge every round without speed losses? Use thrust vector control or gyroscopic motors or newton battery (A spring loaded mechanism of heavy mass which is abruptly stopped to cause movement regarding to newtons 3rd law)
And also probably cold gas or hot gas thrusters
Third of all: the module to repair itself and you say it cant be in vaccum and rebuild itself from air probably due to the presence of CO2.
Heres a simple explanation
Air- 98%good gasses 2% Co2. co2 could be directly harnessed from air and seperated from its oxygen in its molecule and makes Carbon, carbon can be shaped in a simple form which is Either Graphite or Graphene.

C2+C2=Graphite
Note: to make graphite from carbon is by heating it to 3670C° A little more than tungsten.

We shot the object down with a 25mm Ver.Grafft Karriszremmel with a rate of fire of 56 rounds per second using a High-Explosive round. The object we shot down is dark gray and shaped like a blobby oval. It has a really hard structure that is still unknown to mankind and can turn at any directions without experiencing speed loss and can dodge every round. We're still wondered why the object can be shot down judging by the structure hardness and mobility. Some speculated that the object is maybe in the process of reparation and the ammunition we use exploded inside the craft killing the creature inside. But when we somehow crack open the interior, it's just a hollow room without anything. So we cracked the code using every genius people we got in the entire Normania and also got helped by Elbonia. At the end we found a strange module that is used for the object's reparation, and it works by producing materials used for whatever part is damaged from anything near the object including air and it seems that the reparation program is like imaging the object shape and traces the damaged spots. The geniuses said that there is a high chance that this object is used for in-atmosphere missions because reparation in vacuum is impossible. They tried to reprogram the shape into another shape and it turns out to be successful. They tried to reverse the forming process and succeeded. They try making an exact copy of the object but with a cockpit for human and make more aircrafts using the alien technology. But the government said "yo this is too advanced can we keep it as a reserve power instead" and the geniuses said "ok fine fair enough". This whole process took 7 years to complete and require 475 genius people to work.

@Allegro369 bet that material is Reinforced-Tungsten-Carbide.
Also blob like planes are not sufficient for long term flying due to its geometry causing it to easily implode or explode on itself due to its shape. Also blobs have bad radar cross section so the Cat eye effect will make the blob plane will be more visible to radar. Also blobs are unstable in low flying because ground effect will make it spin. Also blob are a children body of a circle so its hard to identify its heading and velocity, but with the need of extremely powerful gyromotors

@XtarsAgency no it's just the shape that look like a blob, but the material is super hard. We got that technology because we accidentally shot down a highly advanced U.F.O. that happened to be flying low in 1966 early 2nd Saerth world war.
