The FA 20 "Collider" is an advanced naval and ground based 2 engined fighter-interceptor for the United Vietnamese Air Force (UVAF for short). Carries 14 Interceptor missles and a 20mm machine gun.
Development: It started development in 1999 with the Tunin Aircraft Company, a vietnamese aircraft company controlled by the state. In 2002, 5 prototypes were built and soon after, sent into production. Due to its 2 engined configuration, it used too much fuel so most of its internal space was used for fuel storage.
Controls: Standard plane controls.
VTOL for flaps.
AG1 for hook.
