What if, the Soviets upgraded their Antonov An-12 into a gunship.
Because An-12 is quite a multirole aircraft, and due to its bad performance at low speeds, the An-12MTV has a lot of fix mounted weapons. Because of the diameter of the turboprop, two short wings are attached to the lower part of the fuselage, where four S-8KOM rockets and 9M120 “Ataka” ATGMs are mounted. Fixed Just below the cockpit is a twin 30mm Gsh-30 cannon from the Mi-24p and the Su-25 Frogfoot. Mounted on the side and rear turrets are two sets of 23mm NR-23s, with the fire control system similar to an attack helicopter. FLIR is also included. On the rear side of the plane is a 100mm 2A70 low-pressurized cannon from a BMP, which fires high explosive shells.

During battle, the An-12MTV can strafe the battlefield like a Su-25, but with much more payload, and its side and rear turrets can also clear off any hostiles troops way above the attack helicopters.

MUST READ INSTRUCTIONS

AG1 to close landing gear bay
AG2 to apply flaps, useful to lower speed
AG3 to enable roll and pitch controls, but when using turrets you should turn off AG3.
AG4 to activate the turrets on the side
AG5 to activate rear turret

before activate the turrets, you must level your plane and use trim to keep your plane steady, and then deactivate AG3 to disable roll and pitch controls. then switch to different camera and activate turrets to shoot, turrets are controlled by pitch and roll.
