@Gself Sure it can! What you do is you change the colour scheme to "custom" and click on a colour in the pallet. Then at the bottom, there will be a bunch of sliders to adjust the brightness, the hue, how glossy it is and how metallic it is.
I haven't heard of anyone not having this so go and check
