CONTROLS
Pitch : strafe forwards/backwards
Roll : strafe sideways
Yaw : rotate sideways
VTOL : altitude control
Trim : manual weapon elevation
LandingGear : switch altitude control mode
When extended, uses a pure vertical speed controller.
When retracted, moves away from the ground or sea, to some extent.
AG1 : high-speed mode
In this flight mode, Roll control is removed. Both the yaw rate and vertical speed limits are decreased.
AG3 : automatic mode
Switches all Pitch controls with Throttle.
AG4 : sleeve modifier for pose mode
When False, sets sleeve rotation according to reference image.
When True, sets sleeve rotation according to natural influence of gravity.
AG5&AG6 : face selection
Refer to the following.
AG5 AG6 EYB EYE MTH NAME
0 0 S S S serious
0 1 S S A serious attack
1 0 R R S relaxed
1 1 R C S relaxed closed
AG7 : pose mode
Follows the pose in the Touhou LostWord CG.
AG8 : flight controller master switch
Turn off all movement controllers. Body animations still apply.
NOTES
- Due to its basis on the gyroscope and separate directional controls, flight is quite buggy and prone to issues.
- Avoid changing altitude too much.
- Built using the HMS London (Azur Lane) body as a base. Some FT codes are retained.
INFORMATION
Reimu Hakurei is the main protagonist of the Touhou Project series along with the deuteragonist, Marisa Kirisame. As the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, she manages the Hakurei Border of Gensokyo and exterminates troublesome youkai.

REFERENCE
This build is mainly based on the Touhou LostWord design. Since a figure exists, there's enough reference material for this design alone. Aside from changes for practicality, a pair of self-designed Yin-Yang Orbs have been added.

DEV NOTES
The Reimu figure at home. Because the amount of money I have is closer to 23 yen than 23,000.
Looking for something different, I converted my previous warship build into a certain shrine maiden. Many old building techniques and FT codes have been retained. Using the photos of the plastic figure, most components have been rebuilt to the limit of practicality. It's good enough for others to identify, job's a good'un.
The flight system is similar to the one used by AZ-16, but yaw control is now based on matching a calculated heading, rather than yaw rate. This type of yaw control was tested on AM-72. This resulted in more tolerable horizontal flight, due to the removal of drift. However, the increase in the number of moving parts and addition of vertical control leads to possibilities for bugs. Performance has been downgraded for less broken handling, but problems are many. Take it easy when flying.
Anyways, now that you're here, have a listen. Here's my favorite arrangement of Maiden's Capriccio.
