SchArCo Skyview
My entry for FeatherWing’s Arctic Aircraft Challenge, the SchArCo Skyview. As tourism to arctic locations became more popular, the biggest thing people wished for was to see more from the comfort of their window seat tickets. Seeing the need to have an easy to build aircraft with a view, SchArCo decided on this twin engine design with a huge observation canopy. Although not built for high altitude or speed, it can give the four passengers a chance to never miss a thing while over the snowy terrain. The gracious amount of fuel also gives the Skyview the loiter time to make the trip worth while, but still leaves enough cargo space for the passengers to put their belongings. With retractable skis, with wheels for runway use, the Skyview can transport anyone from the safe runways of the sunny lands to the harsh snow banks of the winter laiden arctic. Also has lights (AG 1) for safe flying in the dark, also if the bright orange paint scheme is not visible enough. There is no view better than in a SchArCo Skyview!

Oh I thought the 250 to 1100 was for the speed, not part count@FeatherWing
I'm sorry, but this will be disqualified due to the part count being too low.
