Invictus-Class Battleship
The year is 3216. The Pan Liberation Fleet has been decisively defeated by the Continuum Navy, with great cost, at the Battle of Three Peaks. Though that very day marked the end of the Fringe Rebellion, little did the Continuum know that it had far greater problems to deal with. A big problem high up their chain of command.
On October 4th, 3216, just 2 months after the end of the Fringe Rebellion, a whistleblower from the Continuum Research & Development Division leaked critical information to what would be known in history as the Troja Scandal. It was revealed that Troja Security Systems, a private military corporation, was secretly owned by the Navy's Grand Admiral herself, and that the company was illegally modifying and building military hardware for her personal use. Rumors then spread of a secret coup being planned by the Naval High Command against the Continuum monarchy, sparking civil unrest across almost every core and fringe colony. The monarchy soon became wary of the truth behind the rumors, and on November 5th, 3216, the Naval High Command was declared enemy of the state. The Continuum Civil War has begun.
The Invictus-Class battleship is one of the many warships developed by Troja under the Grand Admiral's supervision. She envisioned an indestructible flying fortress, able to take on an entire fleet and dominate the skies with its glorious might. The Invictus is based of the Cerberus-Class destroyer's spaceframe, upscaled and heavily modified to fit the Grand Admiral's vision. The battleship focuses more on durabilty and combat endurance over fancy weaponry, as evident with its basic loadout of heavy plasma boltguns and heavy rail rockets. Its hull is composed of tubular nyctitium weave, which provides it with increased damage resistance against energy weapons, while its multilayer servetium armor plating helps repel solid projectiles. Redundant generators and overclocking modules also help the ship remain functional and combat-ready even if it has taken too much damage. The Invictus-Class has yet to be tested in actual combat, and with war looming at the horizon, the Invictus is soon to take its first kill.

@Crazy0 This build is definitely Ephwurds! We have actually collabbed a few times, too. Though those collab builds are old, I still think that they are pretty good.

@Diamondwolf you mean fly like an airplane? No can do.
Hey can you go a version of more of your recent planes with the standard flight controls for sp please
@goboygo1 Thank you! Most of it, yeah. Dreadnought has some pretty interesting lore behind its ships.
do you get your weapon ideas from dreadnought? when i read the names i think of dreadnought.
this is right down my alley, super cool.
Can you give us some wapon subassembiles ephwurd?
@Seeras thank you! Why not? I'd really like to see reincarnations of my designs in other games, especially in games like Empyrion, Space Engineers or even Dual Universe.
That's a monster.. a beautiful monster.
I think i will try some of your designs in Dual Universe. (if it's okay) =)
@bjac0 not your kind of party boat
big groups of people having "special fun" have happened on this for sure
@ThomasRoderick thank you!
oh I see well it'll look cool@Ephwurd
@Baldeagle086 I put it aside for a moment. It's not really working out as a star destroyer-type ship so I may recycle ir for a future build.
