Union of Burma Airways (UBA) Dakota DC3/C-47 of the 1950s
The Douglas DC-3 is a propeller-driven airliner manufactured by Douglas Aircraft Company, which had a lasting effect on the airline industry in the 1930s to 1940s and World War II. Military version C-47 was build more than 10,000 copies. Also many country adopt this plane including prewar Japan as Nakajima L2D, and Soviet Union as Lisunov Li-2. It was one of the most successful plane in history and still some are flying to this days.
This example is a nostalgic Union of Burma Airways DC3 from the 1950s.
