The Asteroid Automobile Industries AA-1 was the first car to compete in the Le Mans LMP-1 division with a top speed of 231 mph. It uses actual aerodynamic downforce generators, but its low profile and relatively wide front wheel base eliminates deceleration, drag, and instability. Rather than using a steering wheel without power steering, a joystick was used to increase steering responsiveness, allowing for quicker reaction times in case of an emergency and greater control over the car's behavior.
#Controls:
Pitch for throttle
Roll for turning
Act. 1 and 2-lights
A joystick is highly recommended for steering. The rotators are open for easy input changes.
