Hello everyone! It is time to announce second season of VK community Fighters Open Championship.
This season will be dedicated to early jet fighters. You can build an replica of fighter which first flight was between 1939 and 1955 years or fictional one, but it must, at least, looks like fighter from that time period.
Rules:
- your entry must be successor to this challenge;
- you may use up to two jet engines(J15 and J50) without any mods in your fighters but no VTOL or turbofans(Blasto J90 and Blasto BFE120);
- you can use up to 6 wing guns without mods;
- missiles and autocannons are forbidden;
- no fuel mods;
- no vectoring thrust or wings on rotators;
- you can upload an old plane if it complies to challenge rules, but you must make at least minor changes.
Deadline is April 9 2016 23:59 GMT+0. Official results of first season will be published till April 3 2016.
Prizes will be the same as in first season.

Oh darn, missed the deadline again... Oh well, no matter. Just realised my airplane would not have been a successor, and the cockpit was very strangely placed, making it impossible to remove and replace without much XML magics...
