PA-113 Komodo C. MK 4
Before the occupation and after, the French were in need of a fast and hard hitting Attack plane to replace thier ww1 air fleet. It wasn't until the Germans where beaten back from Paris that the need truly did arise. Greman U-boats where takening a tool on the Allies Supply transports and while a third of thier air fleets where alread stationed in Britain thier now aging fleets where now showing signs of desperation. It wasnt until Jaune Dù-Mont who came out of hiding showed the reinstated French Parliament his design from before the fall. While his design was well and outdated by June of 1942, the Komodos where just what the allies needed for a stop gap till the U-boat problem was dealt with. While French factories started up again those not bombed out began producing the pa113A. As it turned out after the first few waves of this new fighter started out which was devastatingly, to the Germans, a more capable fighter then they thought. It wasn't until May 13th 1943 did the upgraded pa113 B and C version did it become more then a useful stop gap. It took the fight to the enemy and then Won
