Massive (But simple) Half-submerged submarine for Gestour's AI ocean traffic mod.
Came up with the name 'Thatcher' because I want you to whisper "Oh god damn it" every time it spawns in.
Throttle & Roll to control the sub. This does not submerge due to parts + bots being too dumb to do it.
