This aircraft was a Dutch prototype fighter designed around the 1930's and 40's, one of it's main features is it's flexible moving 23mm cannon that can be used to strafe ground targets, though it was controlled by the pilot, so to help the pilot the aircraft had an auto-stablization system so the pilot could aim the cannon and also fly, though during a air-to-air engagement it could be locked in place, the 1st prototype was almost finished but progress stopped when the Germans invaded the S-21 was tested till it's destructions and was never rebuilt
