10th generation released!
I can't believe this aircraft has made it in good shape to 10th gen
After watching some videos of F22 raptor landing at FIDAE 2018, I wanted to make my Raven land as realistic as possible, and so I did.
This version features an enlarged body, reworked landing gear arrangement, better maneuverability and better stall speed. Believe me, this plane will totally refuse to land until you make touchdown.
Also tailerons were added, so it can roll and pitch with the tailerons. This change proved to be very important, as one prototype lost a wing during testing and was still able to fly normally, for even more, the test was done with AI and it managed to run half Daredevil with half a wing (didnt make it to last bridge because it went doing circles thanks to AI's nature) still, the plane was flying perfectly stable, just...AI is not smart enough to skip to next ring.
Changelog: Added tailerons, nose-cone reworked, narrower wingspan, allowing it to be stored in tight spaces, reworked center of mass and center of lift, engines were lowered a bit, added Trim to the flaps(for autopilot), better stall speed (nearly 130mph).
Landing instructions: approach at 160mph, rise the nose, lower flaps and apply airbrakes till you hit 130mph, make touchdown and keep the nose rised till 90mph, slowly lower the nose and brake soflty.

@ThomasRoderick thank you! :3
@Bman01 latest version of the M.A Raven
@Exosuit this is the Raven I'm talking about
@greasytortle cool, I'll try that later!
@marcox43 I was playing around with RGB values to make my SU-27 Flanker a tan color and I found that R:150, G:130, B:90 works pretty good. it blends in pretty well with Yeager's runway which I didn't plan to do.
@greasytortle thank you!
@marcox43 I really recommend digging into the functions you can do with the overload mod. You can also use the structural wing part instead of the regular wing blocks as they don't bend when you pitch up too much. You can enable control surfaces with the overload mod. Heres a link that may be helpful: https://simpleplanes.gamepedia.com/XML
@greasytortle lately I've been experimenting with Overload, but I don't know how to xml by myself. For example, The M.A Raven uses modded engines to get that amazing speed, but even with vanilla engines, it is a decent opponent. I try to use as much vanilla parts as possible, only using modding when physics don't work in this game or because I want a bigger exhaust flame xd
@marcox43 It flies nice and the color matches pretty well. I like how the airbrakes look like the air refueling emblem. Do you XML mod your parts on your builds?
@Baldeagle086 thank you very much!
@greasytortle I tried a new paint job, It's supposed to camouflage with Yeager's runway, but even after copy-pasting the color code, it still haves issues camouflaging itself, anyways, I like this color a lot more than the previous one, so expect the next planes to have this paintjob.
@marcox43 I'll try it out when I get home. Did you fix the colors? I know on MP you were playing around with that.
@Foilhat @getorge @greasytortle thank you very much, enjoy your flight!
