Lore whatevers:
In 1979, the Ilaris Motor corporation started work on a fun-to-drive road car, with the same platform as the Vageh LX. Like the Vageh, it was originally intended to have a longitudinally mounted inline-5, driving the rear wheels. In 1980, however, the Alagnomar government passed a regulation banning RWD vehicles from driving on the twisty, poorly maintained mountain roads and highways, due to their nature to spin when commanded by an inexperienced driver. This sent the engineers back to the drawing board, retooling the car for a transverse front-wheel-drive setup, with an inline-4. Fortunately, the engine department had developed an all-new, fuel-injected, 1.5L four-banger, waiting for an application. It was decided that it was good enough for production, after many tweaks to get the same fun out of a front-wheel-drive chassis.
The peppy engine, good practicality, decent fuel economy and RWD-like handling made it popular with those who wanted a fun daily-driver, for a good price point. It sold very well in its class, and were often modded for performance, with the stock four-banger being able to take significant abuse from turbo-ing. (wink)
thanks go out to:
snowflakeos for their guide on how to understand the gibberish that is funky trees
insertnamehere for being too nice (yes you will get a turbo version LATER)
I'm glad to get this finally done on like day 28 of the 2 day car project.
Either a plane or an actually realistic simulation of an automatic transmission next. Haha. Oh.
Edit (19:47 23/9/2022) - Hotfix for engine noise not working when the brake is engaged.

@alexJgameYTukraine000000 Do you have more details about this?
I just have an idea to implement something like alliances by different companies in simpleplanes.
you can join
@shibusu I have figured a way around it, use a bluetooth controller!
@imunsure I am aware of that. If you really want to use it with your phone, just attach a gun part to the exhaust or something.
It's unusable on moblie lad-
@shibusu Aaaah I see
@MintLynx If you look at the previous backup you can see the originally intended thumbnail. Then windows dun goofed and deleted the scs. Oops.
@shibusu Will do, many thanks! Also here's a little tip for thumbnail screenshots, next time don't use one that's under shadow/dark for your main thumb. I've found that those don't tend to get noticed very well, and something like this deserves at least 1000 downloads!
@MintLynx Feel free to modify the system as you please! If you have any questions about the code feel free to ask.
I just might adopt this into a future build of mine, as it's far more sophisticated and functional yet as I've discovered also comes with the ability to change gear ratios! Only with your permission of course and the condition of crediting. I'm in love with this car and hope to see you do more cars with this system!
I love how far you've gone into simulating a manual transmission, great build!
Gorgeous interior.
