The THEL Can be deployed towards the Mesosphere and can be used to reign hell on its enemies from up and above.
It utilises it's surroundings for energy, or just uses Dark Matter Fusion Cells.
It also has a Two Ion Turrets (Credit to Dzulfikar for them) Which can defend the THEL against Attacking spacecraft or Space Debris.
