Diamond DA-42 Twin Star
FIXED SPEED AND ADDED LIGHTS HERE
A well recreated 1-1 scale build. The weight is almost the exact same, top speed, cruise speed and interior is as best as I could get without using too many parts. This build took 3 weeks to complete. Please also check out my Sonerai 1 for a light-sport-experimental build I made last month. I wanted to have functional doors but it messed with the smooth lines of the build and was too difficult to implement. The detailed landing gear and well appointed interior are a nice touch instead. Controls are simple.
- AG1: Landing/Taxi Lights
- G2: Gyro
- AG4: Anti-Collision Lights (oops forgot to add these)
- AG8: Close front gear door (IMPORTANT)
- Flaps are VTOL slider
This is my first super serious build. If anyone wants to help configure the gear door to close and open with a delay be my guest. But if you want, you can can figure them to work alongsidelanding gear. Collision is turned off on those parts anyway.

FIXED SPEED AND ADDED LIGHTS HERE
It looks very good, but doesn't fly very well... I think it is too much powerful, probably because of too much drag... Anyway, you earned an upvote.
@TheGliderGuy true bro i love small planes
Ok
@Christiant2 -"Cockpit Map is made by PlaneWelder". It's currently the most upvoted new post on the website.
@CirrusX What part? I don't see anything
@Christiant2 read the aircraft description.
@CirrusX By the way. How did you make that map?

Finally someone made the da42, it looks beautiful!!
@CirrusX Ohhh ok. That explains the PSA Heritage AA planes.
@Christiant2. They’re part of American Airlines now.
Also PSA is still around? I though they dissolved in 1986?
