HK-22 Frogg Fitter

Short history

The HK-22 Frogg Fitter was designed by Himmerman & Karl industry's. It's design was to be a interceptor/light bomber. It would do it's job semi well, although much better at a interceptor then a bomber.

Why a interceptor bomber?
Well it was due to a need for Belestan. They required a aircraft that could both intercept unfriendly bombers and bomb unfriendly troops invading their line.
Most countries would opt for a CAS aircraft or just go for a mix bomber and interceptor sortie. But Belestan is different; see much like our worlds Switzerland, Belestan is completely neutral. How did they maintain this neutrality? By shooting down or blowing up any side that went into there borders during war time. Hence the need for a varied aircraft designed for two very different jobs.

The 23rd SIC

The 23rd SIC "Killer Girls" is a interesting fighter squadron. Main thing being the squadron is completely filled with women. It's a experimental squadron, testing the effectiveness of a all woman fighter squadron. Needless to say the results speak for themselves: in there first battle they managed to take out 10 unfriendly bombers and 6 unfriendly aircraft. Until the aircraft turned around and went back to where the came. In that battle with a loss of only 3 aircraft they certainly made a name for themselves. Although at first the idea of a all woman squadron (a SIC squadron at that) was seen as a dumb idea by many. But it soon became a very good idea. Being more cost-effective then a mixed squadron it was also more affective. Seeing as male pilots were now no longer there to seek a woman co pilot or vice versa. Or male pilots waiting for a male co pilot due to any reason. (Yes these are real problems the Belestan Air Force face's)

Who is Loopy Lucy?

Capt. Annalia G. Lucy is a Belestanian Fighter pilot under 23rd SIC
She has quite the record
Scoring a total of 25 ground target kills
And a successful intercept resulting in one enemy bomber shot down.

Although she would go on to have many more probables, such as 5 unconfirmed air to air kills
And another 16 unconfirmed air ground kills.

She got her callsign for reporting kills that were unconfirmed so many times. That many joked that she was loopy and needed to get her head checked.
