One of the first realistic convoy catchers on the site!

This truck will enable you to catch all the convoys. It can hold an AA tank or a truck. All of the instructions, teasers, and images were filmed/taken at Wright Airport, with both convoy mods by Kakhikotchauri1, however it works fine at Yeager, and Maywar.

The original chassis was built by me three months ago, and was intended for an offroad RV. Then I left it for a while and then came across it while searching for old, unfinished projects to finish and upload, and decided to build a convoy catcher.

Controls

• AG 1 | Gyro: The gyroscope on this truck helps to keep it upright, and is capable of flipping it back upright even if the truck is on its side.
• AG 2 | Extend main lift: The main lift can be lowered to pick up a stopped convoy truck, and then can be raised and retracted.
• AG 3 | Main lift magnets: These hold the convoy truck in place. Activate them when the main lift is on the truck.
• AG 4 | Extend front magnets: These front magnets are useful for attaching to a truck/AA tank and stopping them. Use trim to twist them, flipping the convoy vehicle over so they can disable. Refer to GIF 1
• AG 5 | Boost: Useful for extra power on hills, or better acceleration and top speed on the flats. Works forwards and backwards.
• AG 6 | Extend right magnets: Useful for flipping disabled trucks back upright. Use trim to twist them. Refer to GIF 2
• AG 7 | Activate magnets: Only use 4 or 6 on their own, as AG 7 activates those magnets depending on which AG is active. Unless you want to damage the convoy catcher, only press 7 when you are touching the convoy truck. Refer to GIFs 1 and 2.
• AG 8 | Turn off truck: No explanation needed
• Trim | Twist whichever set of magnets is active, flipping a truck on its side, or back upright. When 2 is active, this controls the convoy truck lift. Refer to GIFs 1, 2, and 3.
• LandingGear | Raise compartment door for AG 6: Only use AG 6 when door is open. Refer to GIF 2
• LaunchCountermeasures | Open doors: Opens cab doors.

Standard pitch and roll driving, mouse as joystick recommended.

Yes, it may be hard to learn the controls, but it is really fun to use once you have mastered them.

GIF 1: Approaching, Stopping, and Disabling Truck.

First, I approach the truck, with AG 4 on. Then, I wait until I am touching the truck, and activate the magnets (AG 7). Last, I use trim to flip the truck over, then AG 7 off, then retract magnets.

GIF 2: Flipping Truck Upright

First, I have already maneuvered to the right position, then I open the right magnets, pre-twist them so they can flip it upright, back up to the truck, activate 7, and reset trim. The truck gets flipped upright. I then retract the magnets.

EDIT: GIFs seem to have a limit, so it cuts off the last bit. But you get the idea.

GIF 3: Loading Truck

First, I activate 2, so the lift can extend, then I drive into position, and move trim up. When the lift has been lowered, I activate 3, so the magnets turn on, then I reset trim, so the truck gets raised. NOTE: Do not deactivate 2 before the lift has fully raised, as the winches deactivate. I then deactivate 2 after the lift has fully raised.

GIF 4: Unloading Truck

Activate 2, then deactivate 3 when main lift has extended, then deactivate 2, then drive away.
