A magnet, And A whole load of armor

To drive around on land Deactivate landing gear and use Pitch and Roll.
To drive in water Activate the landing gear and ise throttle and yaw.
To aim the main turret and the side turret weapons.
To aim the back Anti-Infantry guns Activate 2.
To use the magnet activate 3.
And to use the parachutes Activate 4.
